- Why Choose Novo Detox for Residential Drug Rehab?
Top Rated Residential Drug Rehab Program in Fort Worth
Residential inpatient drug rehab at Novo Detox offers Fort Worth residents the chance for long-term recovery from illicit and prescription drug addiction. Traveling out of the state of inpatient rehab can have added benefits including putting more space between yourself and your environmental triggers, increased commitment to completing drug rehab, and provides added privacy. Novo Detox also offers a unique treatment program that uses effective, evidence-based addiction treatments in a comfortable, luxury setting. Often, individuals have to choose between quality recovery programs and high-end accommodations. Novo Detox provides the best of both worlds so you can truly recover from your addiction without having to sacrifice the comforts of home.
What Is Inpatient Rehab?
Inpatient rehab is an intensive program for drug addiction that offers the best chance at long-term recovery. Patients who begin their recovery journey in inpatient care have a higher chance of success as these programs allow residents to remove themselves from the outside world and truly focus on their recovery. Without the distractions, triggers, and responsibilities of everyday life, patients can focus all their efforts on treatment and leave the treatment facility feeling renewed. Residential inpatient treatment is intended to provide a safe, sober living residence where you are surrounded by others who are on a similar journey as you. Treatment programs are highly structured and scheduled with various addiction treatments and holistic therapies to heal the body, mind, and spirit from the effects of substance abuse.
What Is Inpatient Drug Rehab Like?
Residential inpatient treatment at Novo Detox includes comfortable private or semi-private rooms with modern furnishings. We are a private, 6-bed facility with a private chef who creates nutritious and tasty meals for residents. Programs will also include housekeeping services so patients can focus on recovery. Programs are intended to help residents build bonds with one another, provide mutual support, and create lasting support networks. Clinicians will build daily schedules around various individual and group therapy sessions, holistic treatments, exercise classes, and downtime to decompress and enjoy our various amenities. Programs will also include off-site activities and store runs, so do not fear being completely cut off from the outside world for an extended period. After a blackout period, patients are allowed cell phone use during certain times of the day as well.
What to Expect During Residential Rehab
The first step in our drug rehab program is a thorough physical and psychological assessment so clinicians can create the best addiction treatment plan. Many patients begin drug rehab through drug detox to ensure their bodies are free of all toxic substances. Drug detox will include 24/7 medical supervision and medication-assisted treatment to ensure patient safety and reduce withdrawal symptoms and cravings. Once you begin to feel better, you will begin to transition into drug rehab which will include various individual and group therapy sessions to address the root causes of addiction. Programs will include coping skills and relapse prevention strategies so you can independently manage your addiction upon graduation. Some evidence-based addiction treatment methods we use include cognitive behavioral therapy, rational emotive behavioral therapy, dual diagnosis treatment, EMDR, life skills training, and 12-step programming. Patients will also heal body, minds, and spirits from the effect of addiction through holistic therapies such as yoga, acupuncture, herbology, and detox massage.
How Long Does Inpatient Rehab in Fort Worth Last?
Our programs at Novo Detox are tailored to each person and the length will depend on the patient’s needs. Patients generally complete drug rehab in 30 days, 60 days, or 90-day programs. Factors that can determine the length of your rehab program include addiction severity, length of substance abuse, how you progress through treatment, and the presence of co-occurring disorders. It can be difficult to predict how you will progress through treatment, so programs can be shortened or lengthened as needed. Patients with the highest success rate will continue with outpatient treatment after completing inpatient rehab. Outpatient rehab will help patients slowly reintegrate into daily life with continued treatment and support.
30 Day Rehab
Fort Worth residents with milder addictions are likely to complete all their recovery milestones within 30-day programs. Short-term rehab is an intensive program it aims to fit as many addiction therapies as possible within 30 days. Patients can refocus their efforts while breaking negative behaviors and habits, replacing them with healthy coping mechanisms. Short-term rehab is a great way to build a solid foundation for long-term recovery before entering outpatient and aftercare programs.
60 Day Rehab
60-day programs provide the perfect medium between short-term and long-term rehab. Individuals with milder addictions who are also struggling with the co-occurring disorder would benefit best from 60-day programs as it allows enough time for dual diagnosis treatment to take effect. Programs are similar to short-term rehab but allow more time to complete various therapies and treatments. Patients can also have more time to work on breaking negative behavioral patterns which have contributed to their addiction.
90 Day Rehab
Individuals with severe or longstanding drug addictions would benefit best from long-term rehab or programs that last 90 days or more. Deep-seated behaviors, thought patterns, and co-occurring disorders related to addiction take time to overcome and heal. Patients can also take an extended period away from outside distractions, triggers, and stressors to focus on their recovery. Dual-diagnosis treatment will be incorporated for those with co-occurring disorders such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder.
Executive Drug Rehab in Fort Worth
Working professionals, self-employed, or employees in high-ranking positions often find it difficult to enter necessary inpatient rehab because they cannot take an extended period off work. They also fear others in their professional world finding out about their substance use disorder. Novo Detox offers Fort Worth residents executive drug rehab which allows the use of computers and cellphones, plus designated work hours, so residents can continue working remotely. Also, we are a small 6-bedroom treatment facility in Los Angeles which adds a greater layer of privacy for those who wish confidentiality during their recovery. Our treatment facility offers luxury accommodations and many of the comforts of home.
Breathwork Therapy
Holistic therapies at Novo Detox are an essential part of our unique programs as they help patients heal from the effects of addiction as well as explore ways to manage cravings, triggers, and stress. One of our holistic therapies is breathwork therapy, which uses guided breathing exercises to relieve stress, manage triggers, and reduce withdrawal symptoms naturally. Patients use this tool as part of their relapse prevention plan as slowed controlled breathing prompts a parasympathetic response, producing a calming effect.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Cognitive behavioral therapy is a major component of all rehab programs as it helps patients identify negative and irrational thoughts which may be contributing to mental health disorders and their need for substance abuse. CBT is a proven powerful tool that helps patients find ways to restructure their thought processes to reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression instead of turning to alcohol and drugs to self-medicate. Patients will also learn how to find negative behaviors and replace them with positive ones.
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
Novo Detox uses a variety of individual therapy methods to help patients find what works best for them. Dialectical behavioral therapy is a form of one-on-one therapy which aims to reduce relapse triggers through emotional regulation, mindfulness, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. Patients can pinpoint self-harming behaviors and change them to avoid self-harming behaviors like substance abuse.
Family Systems Therapy
Addiction and substance abuse not only hurts you, but they can also hurt your loved one and your relationships with them. Family systems therapy aims to heal relationships and families, healing strained relationships and toxic family dynamics. Family members and other loved ones can learn better communication skills, set healthy boundaries, break codependent or enabling behaviors, and learn how to support you through your recovery. Family systems therapy is part of our fully comprehensive treatment programs which aim to heal all areas of your life affected by drug addiction.
Trauma-Informed Therapy
Trauma-informed therapy is not so much a type of therapy, but rather our therapists’ knowledge and training accounting for patients’ trauma and its impact on their substance abuse. Trauma-informed therapists assume that patients have a history of trauma and consider how patients respond to treatment. They will also take the necessary steps to avoid re-traumatizing patients, especially when it comes to distrust in healthcare.
